Where we ship
We ship worldwide, including the US, UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your country, contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm.
Processing & delivery time
Orders are typically processed and delivered within 3–7 days. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, the item, and customs clearance for international orders. Larger items such as complete bikes may take longer to prepare and ship than small parts.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information so you can follow your delivery from our workshop to your door. If you haven’t received tracking within a reasonable time, contact us and we’ll help.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order. Larger, heavier items (like complete bikes) cost more to ship than small parts. You’ll always see the shipping cost before you pay — no surprises.
Customs, duties & taxes
These fees are set by your local customs authority, not by us. Please check your country’s rules if you’re unsure — a quick search for “[your country] import duty on motorcycles/parts” usually gives you the answer.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to correct it before dispatch.
