30-day returns
You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items should be:
- Unused, in the same condition you received them.
- In their original packaging where possible.
- Complete — with any tags, manuals, or accessories included.
Some items may not be returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (for example, used fluids) — we’ll make this clear where it applies. See non-returnable items.
We cover return shipping
Just contact us first to start the return and we’ll provide instructions and a return label or arrangement. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first, as this helps us process your return quickly.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Contact us right away — ideally with photos of the item and packaging. The faster we see it, the faster we make it right. You should not be out of pocket for our error or a fault.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, a different size or part), contact us and we’ll help arrange it. If you’re unsure about fitment before ordering, ask us first — we’d rather help you buy the right thing once than swap it later.
Items that can’t be returned
Custom or made-to-order builds may have different terms — we’ll always make these clear at the time of purchase, before you pay.
